What you see on XXL Finds
A find can include a product title, image, category, price information, community activity and one or more links. These details help you decide whether a product is worth investigating. They are a starting point, not a replacement for checking the live listing.
Product information can change after a find is added. A seller may update a price, remove a size, change a description or take a listing offline. Always treat the external listing as the current source for availability and purchase terms.
You can use Explore to narrow the feed by category and other available filters. You can also save finds in your browser when you want to return to them later.
What happens when you follow a product link
When you select an external product link, you leave XXL Finds and visit a third-party platform or seller. That external service controls its own checkout, account system, payment methods and order process.
Before paying, check the destination carefully:
- Confirm that the domain is the platform you expected to visit.
- Read the current product title, options and condition.
- Check the full price, including delivery and other charges shown at checkout.
- Review the platform’s cancellation, return and dispute information.
- Keep the order confirmation supplied by the platform.
If the listing does not match the find you expected, stop and search again. A useful find should make research easier; it should never pressure you into a purchase.
Who handles the order
The external platform or seller handles the transaction. XXL Finds does not manufacture, stock, package or ship the products shown in the feed. We also do not process the payment or control an external platform’s customer support.
Questions about payment, delivery, returns, refunds or a specific order therefore need to go to the platform or seller involved in that transaction. Keep the platform name, order number and messages together so you can explain the issue clearly.
Why this separation is useful
Product discovery and product sales are different jobs. XXL Finds focuses on making interesting listings easier to find and organize. The external platform remains responsible for presenting its final offer and handling the transaction.
This separation also gives you a clear rule when comparing products: use XXL Finds to discover, then verify on the destination before deciding.
How to report a problem with a find
If a XXL Finds page has a broken link, misleading description or rights concern, use the contact page. Include the XXL Finds URL and the external product URL when possible. That gives the editorial or moderation team enough context to review the find.
For an issue with an order, contact the external platform instead. XXL Finds cannot see or change a third-party order.
